I already asked him to refund my money - he is not responding to my emails.
Not sure whether you can file a complaint with paypal, when you send money under friends and family though.
Try it atleast he will not get away with it. You have his post and his message with his email provide it as a proof if needed and always do your first purchase as good and services not friend and family these are scammers.
