You need to send your coins ASAP to Bittrex, you have until friday to handle this with Bittrex, after that you will need the help of Shift Team to process your request manually. You can ask everything you need.

EDIT: If you have your coins on Bittrex (or Livecoin) you don't need to do anything, Bittrex will do the swap for us automaticly.
