I don't think it was a retarded whale. This ICO was not really promoted by Singular, yet they sold out 7.5 million dollars worth in 15 minutes. Those investor must be from the outside, very little knowledge on crypto. One of them probably fucked up using the exchange for the first time.

So do you think a big wale like this don't have someone to make this trades?
