I think the ethereum network has been hacked again my cloud mining operation sent me an email:
"Attention! Due to the recent and ongoing attacks on the Ethereum network we are experiencing issues processing particular blocks. Due to this we are temporarily disabling Ethereum withdrawals, while Ethereum developers are working on a solution and the issue is fixed".
Will eth network effect Icn distribution?

The Parity client seems to be working much better than geth these days. The attacks are ongoing though - there have been numerous fixes, but the attacker then shifts strategies. Whatever you use, make sure to get the latest available client.
The network is still functioning, just a bit sluggish at times. Augur-REP tokens went live yesterday without a hitch so I doubt there will be any trouble with ICN.

Now when you open your Mist browser, it will connect to parity as the node instead of the default option which is to run and connect to the buggy geth node.
There's no simple way to copy your blockchain files from geth to parity. Easier to just keep two separate copies of blockchain.
I appreciate the help. After doing this and launching Mist browser again , should I download the Blockchain or It will simply continue from where It stopped ? It already took me several days to reach that amount and I really don't want to start from zero.
If you could tell me what are the worst things could happen If I continue without this parity node ,I would really appreciate it
