Actually, making improper trust ratings on people you don't do business with because you personally don't like the service they provide is scammish.

I've never given anybody a trust rating, negative or otherwise, but Leroy Fodor gave some of my alts a negative trust in spite of nary doing business with him. Hell, I even tricked that asshole Leroy into thinking that one user account was mine so that he could give it, too, a negative trust, which he did. That fucker is so easy to bait. Hell, he even begged my once to quit baiting him. Speaking of baiting, tell him I said Hey! while you're masturbating his pee-pee.
