Someday a nice condo for 1 btc. Over 5 years for sure. For sure in Canada, that would be the case. A house in a regular

neighborhood that is just picket fence and hardworking parents, maybe sometime like that at LEAST 5-10 years.

If you think about it then you should see that it is not a smart idea to sell your house for only one Bitcoin because you do not even know if the Bitcoin is going to be worth that much.
I would not even sell my car for Bitcoin so especially not my house.

I would also never trade my house for just one Bitcoin because I do not think that a Bitcoin is going to be worth more money then my house is.
If that ever happens then I am going to be shocked because it seem unlikely.

Yeah i think its just more a case of when, nobody can buy a house anywhere in the world for 1 BTC right now unless its a shed by a 3rd world beach or something.

Maybe a dog house, but let us get serious and realistic here. With the current amount of bitcoins the value cannot even buy a simple house. Let us just hope in the near future this thread is still alive and the price of bitcoin will increase substantially so I can say we can trade a house with 1 BTC.
