Yeah don't get too comfortable, I still think this is just another ICO scam, but as he subsequently opted to pay up front for the twitter campaign then the rating about him not using escrow was deleted.
I will be keeping an eye out for anything else which is evidence of shady behaviour and respond accordingly.
