I think you meant 0.03BTC. 18$ is actually already a big amount of money in third world countries. I can survive having like 6$ a day in my country -- the Philippines. It's not that because my country is a poor one but because the expenses are really affordable. Well, you can choose to live a life of luxury but, it is not really necessary.
That 6$ is enough money for food, transportation. It's enough to survive for a day. 18$ can feed a family of two or three with good quality foods already.
Well yes 18$ is sure is enough for your family to feed on but how about the other expenses or even your future? It won't make your kids have a good education if you just rely on that 18$, however 18$ is a big amount if you are earning it online and not doing it full time. Well having 18$ a day as an extra income can make wonders you can even start an investment for you to save extra money.
