I've been using cointraffic.io for a short time and haven't received any complaints about malicious and/or questionable popunders.

I agree that Propeller Ads has some really shady ads that show up now and then. I'm using them on my second faucet, but am going to look for alternatives once I reach the minimum payout threshold.
