I like to use both.
PayPal because it's easier to convert to cash, btc because it won't limit you for having money.

in my country convert from paypal to cash was longer than convert btc to cash. to convert paypal need more than 1 day, and to convert btc just wait for 1-2 hours. I'm choose btc for my best payment on internet. every people have their opinion about who is the best between paypal and btc
