As I get the topic is about how to motivate women to USE bitcoin, not to make it with commenting/trading/ect. So just give her that bitcoins that you already made and say sites where she can buy something that she wish with those bitcoin or to go outside to buy something in bitcoin accepted places. That's how I understand to use, to make bitcoins is something different by my opinion.
Trading bitcoin is not very appealing to most woman, So i would reckon to point out the other aspects of bitcoin.
Bitcoin was invented for buying stuff, so why not appeal to woman in that way. They are very good in shopping and with bitcoin they can do that.
