What happen to your support system. I sent my 1st ticket Sept, 10-(16776) got a response once but until now no reply yet. You said to create me new ticket- (17435)- you said you will see it ASAP. It's been a month of waiting.
It seems I'm waiting for nothing here. Just reply if it's gonna fixed or not. Tired of waiting. Even here you don't even reply.
