Please explain me monthly fee 2,4ETH for platform owners. With this fee will be automaticaly buy lotto tickets and with these tickets can platform owner can win, or with this tickets will buy tickets and these tickets can owner give invited clients? Or this fee is charged for development team and platform owner gets nothing from this fee?

Why is there a 2,4 ETH monthly fee - I didn't get your carrot - donkey analogy?    If I have already paid 10 ETH for a platform account why pay monthly again?  On your website is still nothing written about a monthly fee before you hit the buy button of the 110 ETH!
