According to the information available online, the projects founders are Andrey Miller and his brother Alexei.
Earlier they both were connected to a project called WCM 777 and a Germany-based lottery.
Both projects stagnated and eventually ceased to exist.
Also there are rumors of them being connected to OneCoin.
