OK I have a question, if I pick OPTION 1, will I still be entitled to receive the dividends???

You should be entitled to receive your dividends, the only issue will be with those tokens on exchanges

That would be difficult without an address to send the dividends to.

I think if we keep our ICN tokens in the ico.iconomi.net wallet we will be easily getting our dividends , but you are telling difficult for keeping tokens in iconomi wallet or exchanges.

If you are meaning for exchanges then i think you should consider them as sold coins as they are keeping coins in the exchanges wallet which is not controlled by the users , and how will they receive the dividends when they dont have permanent incoming address.
