Bitcoin allows you to send money even if you're just at home. On the other hand, if you desire to send fiat to another country, you have to go to a bank and transfer the money. You can also use other types of money remittance but all of them requires you to be physically in there shop for you to be able to transfer the money.

Bitcoin allows me to earn money online. I can get paid in fiat, though, but I can only do that by using Paypal. I don't like using Paypal at all. My account could get frozen for 180 days without any warnings.
