Well yes it is possible but is it realistic? If you ask me, it is not because bitcoin is not an altcoin anymore. It's grown to a more stable asset and if the time is right it can increase in price, but surely not 10 times the current value. That would be far too optimistic.
bitcoin is not an altcoin anymore ? what does it mean,bitcoin created this market and how can that be an alternative to some other coin? bitcoin does have its market value and i do not think it will come down in near future,having an alt coin at the mentioned price is an unrealistic value at this moment in time.you should check out monero
