If I refer new people, the only way for them to make profit will be with the lifelong traffic offer. They will have to pay $250 and they have no more choice, that'is right?

That's right, the only way to get Buzz Power is to sponsor our projects. That's how it will be forever as the Buzz Power is just a bonus for helping us expand, not a product in itself.
When we are ready with the funnel and made some tweaks in our backend this initial offer will launch. We expect this to take about 2 weeks.
