People dumped their coins as soon as it came on the exchange, most people from ICO phase 1 who couldn't get a refund saw this as their only chance I guess.
I was one of them. and now I think I did right. investing in this coin was a mistake. as the devs are totally not serious about the project and didn't distributed the shares at the time.
