My calculation is simple for outside investor:
behind coins are 10.5m$ is real asset , we have 100m of shares.
So for outside investor 1 ICN is 10.5m$/100m ~0.1$...

Real investor need up 15%-25% to cover loss becouse of free tokens.
New investors doesn't care how much you have payed but how much ICN is worth now and is worth 10.5m$ in assets
