If you mean litecoin then I believe it is possible. But I speculate that the rise or the pump will not be as big as you think. It would be more beneficial and more profitable for China to pump bitcoin to new highs than concentrate on litecoin next. For me it will take more than 3 years for litecoin to rise up to its former highs again.
