ICO's are good to reap good profits and people are not looking for long term profits,there are many pump and dump coins and experienced users are reaping the profit while the noobs get to carry the dump coins 
I fully agree with you and I think that the ICO is good or us all and I think its also good because it has some good plans for the future too.
These are not just pump and dump altcoins.,..
Well there are really coins dont just pump and dump there are still good coins to consider but most of them are behaving this way which they pump hard and then dump hard after thats why other traders on buyers do suffer lose with this kind of moves. ICO's are good to make decent profits as long you are alert enough to sell when it launches to exchangers.
