I have no doubts about the fact that the Dollar will win from the Bitcoin because the bitcoin is still too small and the Dollar is way to big to get defeated.
What people also are saying is true the bitcoin is a sort of depending on it.
We can say that although it is getting some problems now due to Saudi Arabia stopped the mining of oil. We know US is invested in there and I thing they got a lot of shares from those company. This is also one reason why oil price is going up. With the lost of this investment they could easily lose some value in their currency also.
And I think that the dollar will always lose Bitcoins. In the future, a growing interest in Bitcoin will grow. This will increase and its price. Since the dollar is not going to happen
In the long term, the dollar will drop against the bitcoin. But the short term price will be volatile.
