3500 investors now have some time to figure out how to deploy an ETH wallet and do a practice run that won't lose all their tokens if they mess up.
That's what the last 10 days were for...
No plan survives contact with reality, and the reality is that posts here demonstrate many / most investors are not ready. This decision shows very wise flexibility, especially since ETH itself is in a very turbulent and fluid state itself in the past ten days.

I think we decided wise.
For test-it contract we decided 1 ICN + ur original decimals because some thought we're not ready with distribution. Decimals should prove the opposite.
I admit, I was short regarding preparing investors with step by step instructions. However, we'll fix that before launch. I'm literally getting some phone calls from local people of how to set up 2FA. Now you know where we stand:)
What about the account that is receiving .04 ICN? They would be getting 25x + off their original investment tomorrow?
