yeah, absolutely yes they will accept bitcoin soon, cause bitcoin in some countries became legal money as like paper money
I believe that it will happen soon because amazon is going to see how their customers wants to use bitcoin and going to know what's on the trend.
And if that happen's Amazon is going to be the one that will going to make the trend of bitcoin and they are going to make free advertising with bitcoin.

i am waiting for integrating bitcoin in amazon like ebay that using third party to shop in the ebay store online. and i am sure that amazon will be follow like what ebay do because with integrating bitcoin into amazon, this can make a big effect for amazon itself and can make more grow in customer buying for product in their site. and the important is amazon can get more profit and more customer as they will become a largest online store.
