May be worth checking out Mammix. He's done awesome wallet work in the past and is very knowledgeable in this area. If he's not super busy, I have no doubt he could port the HYPER wallet over to the more efficient newer code seen in things like RBIES.

Mammix is the one I contacted, they are working on RBIES wallet atm.

The second one I'd target is IGotSpots. He's done many wallets in the past and does a lot of custom things. Not sure if he does work for others though.

Hes not getting anywhere close to HYPER. He 'upgraded' my old favorite coin Flappycoin to PoS and fucked it all up, that coin is dead now.

He couldn't get a PoS wallet working correctly and never fixed it even though he was paid handsomely for the job. All of his coins he has created have had to be redone into another coin due to problems, countless times.
