Hello guys I am addicted to gambling.How can I quit this?
Goodluck quitting bro i've tried it many times but until now i am still gambling. Quitting in gambling is not really an easy thing to do. It is only easy to say. We can just say that it is easy to quit gambling by doing something else but i still keep playing everytime i get bored. It is really hard to quit when you already addicted to something.
Its not easy but you should try to let someone help you if its not possible to do it on your own, just ask a relative to help you.
Social control is the best thing that ever happened to me when I was addicted, I speak in experience.
Quitting gambling is getting harder when you do it the long time.. The longer you gamble, the harder the way you will do it and you might really need to consult others help... But if gambling is not yet rooted in you, well, a simple saying "NO' would be effective... Keep in mind that if you are going to quit you should not be telling your self that "it's too hard to quit", that's not helping, in fact that just give you a reason to give gambling another shot...
