Hello guys I am addicted to gambling.How can I quit this?
Goodluck quitting bro i've tried it many times but until now i am still gambling. Quitting in gambling is not really an easy thing to do. It is only easy to say. We can just say that it is easy to quit gambling by doing something else but i still keep playing everytime i get bored. It is really hard to quit when you already addicted to something.
Its not easy but you should try to let someone help you if its not possible to do it on your own, just ask a relative to help you.
Social control is the best thing that ever happened to me when I was addicted, I speak in experience.

Engaging ourselves in social activities definitely will give some relief from thinking about gambling continuously. We need to think differently to quit gambling, otherwise quitting gambling is not possible.
