I also have the "Unauthorized" message when trying to login, had the most unbelievable conversation with support, basically he told me to fuck off and register a new account.
I dont think PD support can behave like this...
And we never do.
Only time i will tell you to make new account is if you are not able to provide proof of ownership or if account was not active at all.
