Of course i think it is obvious that were surely need both skills and luck but for me more than anything else skills should always be higher because luck would just come and go
Obivously we need both yeah but also obviously skill is more important than luck else skill would be worth nothing.
But skill is consistent and luck isn't so thats why skill is more important than luck.
