Many people already deposited and confirmed and didn't recieve their BTC... It's technical problem I think    
I deposited 0.8 BTC and wait already whole day!!! And nobody answer by email...

They're not particularly fast in replying but they always fix issues eventually. Just give it bit more time, owner is not full-time engaged in operating the site, he's probably busy with other things.
