I confirm that bittrex has a 2 ARDR fee for the withdraw, poloniex ATM is zero fee for withdraw.

That's about $0.02. I wouldn't call it a robbery.
When ARDR will reach 100$ it's a 200$ commission.
When ARDR reaches $100, then the withdrawal fee will fall from 2 to 0.02 ARDR or something like that.
