They said my order was shipped within 2 days of ordering which is great, but they claim to not give tracking orders for US or CA, because the "post office doesn't update them." Makes me feel uneasy because I thought I would have the peace of mind that comes with a tracking order.
As we already told you in the email - we have tried several times sending to the USA with tracking numbers. But USPS does not update their status. You can ask everyone from USA and they will tell you that delivery always comes on tiem (sometimes even faster)

I have spent several BTC (heavy smoker, don't judge) with cigss and have a %100 delivery rate to the East Coast. I have an open order with them right now and am planning to make a large purchase with the Marlboro coupon before the exp. on the 18th.
The guy is a straight shooter and responds right away to inquiries. I too have searched hi and lo for mail order smokes that provide tracking and short ship times and the bottom line is they just don't exist. I think we are super spoiled in the US when it comes to parcel tracking & delivery. I remember I sold a Casascius coin a while back to someone in Italy and the USPS tracked it as far as to Customs in Italy. After that it disappeared for WEEKS with no further updates until it was finally delivered to the recipient. It was such a terrible experience I swore off selling to anyone outside the US unless they agreed to send first (no escrow). I think the only solution would be to use a private carrier like DHL or FedEx but they are uber expensive and their packages are probably more likely to be flagged by customs when coming from these kind of remote places.
Bottom line is cigsspot has been a great seller since first appearing on the board and as long as we all communicate in the thread we can all feel safe that our deliveries will show up...even if it takes a bit longer than from Amazon..lol
So...order early and keep stock. Takes a small effort but it's worth it
