I'd cash out enough to take a long weekend away.
Would likely sit on the rest loan some out, cash out a few if it seems wise at the time.
Also would collect £20 off my wife as she has a bet going I can't make 0.5BTC by the end of the week only through free means (currently she is winning easily)!
