i'm wondering how much time unconfirmed balance will be confirm. i have 0.0026 XMR , 7 BCN unconfirmed balance that already about a week. It doesn't going into confirmed balance. 
Trying to mining monero with ccminer, already sent about 50 shares but my unconfirmed won't change or going into confirm. But when i try to mining with minerd, it always gave me a boo.... not yaay.... so my unconfirmed balance down until 0.0009 XMR.
Anyone has the same problem like i do? Any suggest?

I have the same problem with some coins that I only mined for a few minutes - I think the unconfirmed balance needs to hit a certain threashold before it is transferred to your main balance. Just keep mining the same coin and it will be eventually transferred when it hits the level. 7BCN is only worth a few satoshis - I suspect you'll need a few hundred before they are transferred.
I had problems mining with claymore my shares were invalid and I was penalised causing my unconfirmed to drop - so ended up using the minergate one in the end - seems more reliable to be (but lower hashrate)
