No collateral was given so that is why I am pissed off right now when they come here & have the nerve to ask me for an extension on a nearly $20 ($19.16 to be exact) loan and say they can not pay it back now.

People don't have the fckin' time to listen to excuses, they want results. And repaying an overdue loan is something that a lender wants to see produced not BS excuses. Let's get that right here and now:
