Ok guys, just wanted to tell everyone here to just relax. Am a new user myself but have sufficient faucet experience to understand that this faucet is still one of the better ones out there.

First of all, thanks to admin for the faucet: it has paid me for 4 Sundays without fail. That is first and most important thing to note about this faucet which I hope everyone pays attention to.

I'll comment against issues brought up by users here, and some recommendation to admin perhaps he/she can take into consideration.

1. LOWERED CLAIMS
If anyone had paid any attention to the launch (pls read the first pages of this thread), then understand that the Special Bonuses were launch events. The faucet owner wanted to promote the site and used big bonuses to attract users. It was made very clear that this was temporary! Nevertheless, faucet bonuses are still good and I am happy with them.

2. LOST CONSECUTIVE CLAIMS
Unfortunately, I think this was due to server overload. Guess what, it happens to moonbit all the time and made me lose my bonus. Does moonbit ever respond? Not to me. Admin here however has been responsive. Write a polite email and am sure he'll help out.

3. LOST REFERRALS
It is mentioned specifically that Referral Bonuses are only available when referrals have been active in the past 5 days. Moonbit takes away referrals after only 3 days. I have lost 1 referral (I only have 4 now) since the beginning. I am not complaining.

4. ZERO BALANCE
This probably means your balance was auto withdrawn! Check your wallet! BTW, I noticed today need to authenticate your account for auto WD, so pls do so (check under Withdraw).

5. POP-UP ADS
We all agreed that the faucet needs more sources of income, and we are happy to provide that. To me, one or two pop-up ads are acceptable. The faucet still loads a lot faster than Moonbit for me (when it is loading haha).

6. RECOMMENDATION TO ADMIN
I think people could be a lot less restive if small announcements could be made on the front page of faucetgo for any changes, or perhaps once they login, just a pop-up announcement even could work. And maybe also here so ppl can be updated. I suppose part of the frustration comes from not knowing what changed.


Good luck with improving the site income and stability. I think once you prove it is stable, we would be able to promote it more and people will flock to your site!
