Short question concerining the pre-ICO angel investments in order to make the right calculations:
Looking at the transactions of
https://blockchain.info/de/address/35Rwwc9e2Mj7smFXJ1iXF826cMW3tqfz6x I see that they were two angel investors, one spending 200 BTC and another one spending 300 BTC.
Is it correct when I assume that the first guy gets a 25% bonus (since he did not meet the preICO boundary of 250 BTC) and the second one gets 30%?
