We can't be even sure that strt will be 25th because of ETH testing can be postponed and they need more time, or they fail and over week they will need even more time
to make next for who knows.
I bet that guy who *hacked DAO will do many "fun" moves to ETH system
if everything goes well with the test, the real tokens will then be distributed. There is no exact date I know of yet on that because none has or can be exactly given until the test tokens have been sent.
