The price of bitcoin is very unpredictable. Also not all member in this forum is not psychic that can predict it actually. But you can do trade anytime you want. Aside from that for you to know the proper way of trading just observe the traders in the different exchange platform.
Yes you can observed the other exchanges for price references but be sure also to read the coins Thread here on btctalk. Better to be equipt with correct knowledge about the coins you are trading than sorry.
Also, read some resources on the net ,especially the coins website and also here on forum as there are topics who can give you ideas. Enjoy your trading,be confident doing it.
