It is very easy (already posted it here). If you, or anyone else considers buying IUO tokens, the very least that needs to be verified is:
1. Liqui should show a proof (screenshot) of their FINAL amount of ICN tokens
2. Liqui should show a proof that they have less than that final amount of IOUs reserved in orders
You want a screenshot as a proof? Yeah, Photoshop-Phillip will do this for you, that's for sure.
