Send them a PM with the issue and your btc address to check maybe you've got blocked by mistake as a bot and also post here that you've sent them a PM and you are waiting a reply on PM . How to send a PM ? click on the avatar name and scroll down to find " Send this member a personal message. " write the name of the subject and compose your message. And for your reply on pm ,might take even 3 days.
In the meantime try Mozilla Firefox . I just logged with firefox and everything is ok.

i can't help you i'm not the admin, i know that the faucet has issues since the beginning you just have to be persistent with the admin to help you solve the issue. It seems that your browser shuts off due to pop ups/redirects.
I suggest you to use firefox. Firefox shouldnt close .
Chrome has the tendency to use some kind of incorporated adblocker even if you don't set such thing.
