Also the wallet generates a log file (debug.log) that could reveal the problem.

I downloaded a new one. What should I do if the network is not connected.

Good choice to pick bitb it is very stable and has only gone up so pos staking is pure profits.

Have you tried to addnodes to your .conf file ?
