The Op also question same how to stop gambling, my answer is we can not stop gambling immediately, so we have to come out from gambling day by day. So addict to other activities like indoor games or outdoor games anything. And you can kill some time with this activities. Remaining time spend with your family members and with loved once. Then you automatically stop gambling in few days.
Stopping gambling immediately will not be possible for an addicted gambler. Only reducing the amount of gambling hours slowly is the only possible way to stop gambling for them, otherwise they will get suffered psychologically.
Stopping gambling in few days is not at all possible for any gambler after getting into gambling, they must at least need we must of time to stop completely.
