Why are there so many people who has trading problems i dont understand why they have that issuis because it is really easy you dont have to do anything for it so why?
If you observe different exchange, not all transaction went smoothly. There are some cases, for some exchange a very rare case where deposit or withdrawal is stuck and won't processed to be finally completed. In this case, people file a support ticket to let the exchange know that there is a problem in the process. I also experienced this to some exchange, submitted a ticket and was resolved within an hour.
its normal when some updates happen or some security concerned has been detected from your account the process of withdrawal or deposits will be temp not work but like mate said it just a ticket away allowing the exchange to review what causing the problem.
