I think ICN will still give you dividens as long as you still holds your share and already done on id verification. But i still don't have any idea on what will be the devs method on that thing.





Ofcourse your fund will stuck their and you will not withdraw it, But don't worry, iCONOMI team holds a record in their database for backup in case DDOS attack happened, I think they are wise enough and already anticipated that this will going to happened soon.
