Actually if you watched the television before the election, Duterte actually said that we will only get a zero crime rate including the drug activities if our community gets out of poverty. I guess he's just removing all these drug addicts first because he promised to do that first right after becoming the president. Next year or 2 years from now, you'll see threads discussing how successful Duterte's tactics were. We, Filipinos, just have to trust him.
