Can I share someone my information about bitcoin wallet and how can I do it? Is it permited that two people use the same bitcoin wallet or not?
You can to with your wallet absolutely whatever you want. I am talking about standard software wallets - not online wallets - as they might have some ridiculous ToS.
Bitcoin has not such limitation as for example bank account, where in some cases you are the owner and no one else can use it.
If you want to share a wallet with someone just send him/her a copy of your private keys.
