No. I think that is not enough for OP.
Maybe some people are always expecting for something more and doesn't appreciate what's already there. They can't get contented easily.
Everyone does have a level of satisfaction that always increases with respect to their wishes fulfilled. So this is a very reasonable thing to happen and indeed all employers should do something revamping or the best service to all the customers.
