the only thing that makes me mad sometimes is the confirmation times but that is not so serious so i wouldn't really ant anything changed with bitcoin.
First of all a new, redesigned Bitcoin should have some kind of AI to ensure that socialists and fiat money speculators are excluded from usage... 
in other words you would make it centralized
